The U.S. State Department is also planning a live feed on Twitter, and the Chinese government has reportedly agreed to allow access to the website for the day for Internet users on Shanghai university campuses.

Obama is working his magic even in China. However minor Twitter might be in the landscape of issues that "Chinamerica" has to face, it's still an interesting proxy of... something which I haven't quite figured out yet!
